The customer service from all hotel staff was fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Deluxe twin room was large and spacious, however the bathroom was looking tired and in need of a refresh. Brilliant location in the city centre - everywhere was in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to all Newcastle has to offer. Throughout our stay staff were kind, helpful and seemed happy to greet their guests. The room was comfortable and well maintained by cleaning staff with good quality toiletries. Coffee, tea, biscuits and cartons of water were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing tables and bringing hot food to their guests. All staff were friendly and polite.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel in best location. Difficult to find car parking but there is one located under the bridge on the bottom of Grey Street, just 2-3 blocks from the hotel.

Excellent location for all Newcastle has to offer, the downside being was a bit of street noise during the night, we were on the first floor though. Comfortable huge bed and nice white company toiletries. Good choice at breakfast and lots of freshly cooked to order options A good choice for central Newcastle

Lovely room. Got a complimentary upgrade for my birthday and was very touched by this surprising but very well received gesture! Such wonderful staff. Really accommodating and no question was too silly! Bath and shower were a highlight! Room a little noisy but was expected ,given the amazing location. You got a real feeling for the thriving, bustling, happy night life that is Newcastle! I loved the breakfast choices and the breakfast staff were all super friendly. Overall a very impressive stay and would thoroughly recommend!

An absolutely beautiful hotel! It's rare to find such a high quality establishment that's so friendly and welcoming. We particularly loved the comfy bed and excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, central yet quiet.
