"Excellent apartment very close to city centre."
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Everything you need for an apartment stay. Apartment was as described. High standard of cleanliness.Close to city centre, but just far enough away to be able to relax and chill. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

"Spectacular river side location"
Arriving at Newcastle Airport a short Metro ride to City Centre and a short pleasant walk to Hotel. The Hotel is very welcoming, and very central with spectacular views and access to the landmark bridges on the river Tyne. The food and drink at the hotel was excellent, although there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The City Centre has many attractions, including river boat trips, all 'do-able" from the hotel. An evening dining at the famous Stowell Street (Newcastles China Town) and a day trip to the coast at Tynemouth a twenty minute metro ride away made a fabulous weekend break.

"Fabulous hotel"
Fabulous hotel in a quiet, leafy location but still close to the city centre. Very different from bland hotel chains, room was superb and we will definitely be back. Offer of a complimentary drink each evening was a very nice, welcome touch. Faultless!

"Nice over night stay"
Good, clean hotel with a central location. Great choice for a over night stay. The biggest issue is parking, hotel guests should not pay for parking, considering the price per night.
