We had a requested a one bedroom but were rather surprised to have a 3/4 bed for two adults ...
Twin bedded room and no room to move - beds squashed together. Fresh coffee but coffee maker hadn't been cleaned out. Very nice and helpful staff and handy location and it looks inviting. Pluses and minuses!

Just 20 mins from Tynemouth/ the seaside too. Couldn’t recommend it enough and would 100% stay ...
