I had a lovely, clean room with all amenities required. The staff are very friendly. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in, in Newcastle, Jesmond Dean House is the quiet. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel in Newcastle and had a great nights sleep.
Love this hotel. Never heard of chain before. Very professional and friendly staff. Breakfast first class and rooms stylIsh. Car park is across the road so bag with wheels needed and hotel style is a little on the dark side. Cool and chic but almost need a torch !! Great stay. :)

The hotel has a good location but at the moment of making the reservation it doesn't say that regular rooms doesn't have a view. As we request for a lake view, because we wanted to have a view of the millennium brigde (even with the room with the view we cannnot see it, we ask specific for that bridge ...
