Booked into the Crowne Plaza as we’ve previously stayed in the Cardiff hotel and loved it. This place was just as good, if not better! Centrally located, easy to park, could walk everywhere. Great Thai restaurant around the corner, lovely restaurant inside, fantastic breakfast! Was easy to get to ...
The hotel overall was very nice and comfortable. The staff for the most part were friendly and very helpful. It's a shame I did not use the leisure spa, pool, and gym as there was a lot to do in Newcastle. Keeping in mind that it a very old Victorian age (I believe) hotel, it was a bit noisy at times ...
Staff were excellent very helpful & friendly & made my short stay as enjoyable as possible. Food was superb both dinner & breakfast the following morning. I would recommend the Hilton to anyone going to the Sage as it is within easy walking distance.
Just needed a place to stop over while I newcastle for the night. Value was great. Was a bit loud but not an issue. Only problem I had was water pressure in the shower was really low

Stayed one night with my children. Everything was great, the pool area lovely with warm swimming pool, the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was great, the room was spacious with plenty of space for the children, all staff were lovely, in short I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have never seen so many stairs on one floor level. The restaurants on site we good as well as the golf course looked to be nice, although ...
The staff were very welcoming and the room was perfect for what we needed. It is very close to the A19 with good links to the motorway network.
