Great staff and service ,especially reception manager and her team

Nice room and a brilliant breakfast. Checked in and paid the bill. Room on the 4th floor. switched on television while unpacking to check snooker, but no reception notice. Reported to reception who said that booster was not working. Still not working on Saturday checkout, so no tv or radio for the entire stay. Also informed by reception that they had charged my card for the person following me at check in. Still not back in my account. Boiler broke down on Thursday morning, so no hot water. Will not be returning.
