The hotel is very clean and new, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good.
Booked for 19 days for work. Had itchy feeling all the time. Bed was horrendous. Had to chase to ascertain cleaning. Units broken, heavily warned. Carpets worn.
A large apartment and great location. The bath large, but could do with being paint probably and fixing up a little.
Beautiful apartment, well maintained, nice view. Has cooking utensils. Communicated well regarding check in procedures and check out procedures as well. Only thing was all lifts were broken! Luckily we didn't have much suitcase.
We stayed at the Echo building right in the city centre, the apartment was very clean and spacious. We had some issues initially due to deposit fee that wasn't mentioned here but the staff was extremely helpful to get it all sorted and make sure we could enjoy our stay ASAP
The property was clean. The hot water was not working and the shower did not drain. We were told someone would be out to fix it but they never came.
