Our experience was very pleasant but our stay was very short. Our room was very large, comfortable, clean and had brilliant air conditioning. We plan to go back and stay longer to explore more of the hotel's facilities.

Tube was a bit far with the closing of the Blackfriars Station otherwise it is a perfect place.
Very nice hotel and easy to walk to so many attractions. The AC was broken on our floor and they moved us to another room (upgrade) very quickly. Staff was attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and the food was great at the restaurant. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The personnel were the best!
Excellent location. Hotel and rooms are very modern and clean. Unfortunately, the weekend was very noisy with late night/ early morning noisy drunk guests in the hallway.

If you want to be in the financial district this is a great choice. The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly. The breakfast restaurant has a buffet which is good too.

The hotel staff were very helpful in this quirky boutique hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed design is very low and may not suit everyone. Lots of extras are available in the room, but all at additional cost - we would have expected at least to have had bottles of water available ...
The room in the bathroom was warm and cozy. The room was spacious and had lots of natural light. Everyone was nice and attentive.
