We inquired with the staff and the following day we were switched to another one bedroom suite which did have both the shower and a bath as we had been looking forward to. Other than this, the room was excellent, very clean. The staff were very attentive and kind. The best part is the yoga type classes available at Bardo at no extra cost. We visited late December and thus seemed less busy at this time so the complex was quiet. The pools are lovely particularly the accessible Bardo pool. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Una vida if your looking for a relaxing stay in walking distance of downtown Tulum. We need to get there by taxi or bike. If you use taxi make sure to download the inDrive app. This should save you a bunch of bucks. The Diamentek can get you ride back to Casa Agape for 400 pesos, Need also to pay the entrance fee for the national park on which the beaches are. It was 120 pesos for each adult. It was free for our daughter. There is no entrance fee on Sundays if you go to the beach."
