"Nice, artsy hotel; VERY small rooms"
Citizen M is a very modern hotel and has amazing, artistic, funky, large common spaces. Rooms, however, are the size of a cabin on an ocean liner and are very small for 2 adults. Baths are very small too. Both are too small in our opinion. The beds are huge and super comfortable but take up 1/2 of the room and are at one end. You cannot walk around the bed. The bed is positioned so that one person must climb over the other to get in and out - though this can be handled by simply reorienting the pillow and blankets. This hotel is best for short one-night stays when you are traveling light, for a quick business trip, or if you are a twenty-something with a back pack. The hotel was nice enough to move us to a room for persons with disabilities that was not needed and that was a little bigger. We enjoyed our stay but I would only stay there again under certain circumstances.

    "Very accommodating, great location "
We arrived from the states around 10 am. They were able to get us into our room and a parking spot in the lot. When it was time to explore the city. They had good recommendations for spots to grab lunch. The location was great to go to Glasgow School of Art. Staff at the bar was very nice for nibbles that night and they were accommodating to our over sleeping the morning of check out. I would definitely stay here again when in Glasgow.

    "Kingsmill Hotel excellent"
We stayed at he hotel for three nights. From the moment we arrived at the hotel reception we were impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The room that we were given is in a set of rooms in the annex which are called Garden rooms. The room was an excellent modern addition to the hotel. Do not be put of by the term "annex". On our next visit it will be our first choice: the plus is the absolute quietness and the ambience of the garden area. Of course if it pouring with rain you would have to walk the 30 yards to the main building for dinner or whatever. Location is away from the town centre but the parking at the hotel is extensive. Also, the hotel is about 5 minutes from the main road north, the A9. To emphasis the excellent service we received, we had one little problem to report to reception and they fixed it instantly. Food and restaurant service was again excellent. On our visit, in the Friday evening we listened to the Jazz piano: the piano player's performance was a delight!
