"The check in experience wasn't the best start, we got here maybe around 2.30pm and was told, "you do know check in is at 3.00pm". We said yes we know, we were just asking if could use the pool at the moment, our room was ready and they reluctantly gave us the keys anyways. Think this is something for management to look into because it was 30mins max it wasn't as if we were trying to check in at 1pm etc! Got to the room and it was nice, old hotel there was some crack etc on the wall but...
