"We left without staying. We asked them to get the room cleaned as there was body hair in the bath and the room smelt of urine but this was refused. I was told I would be getting a refund but yet I’m STILL waiting for it. I would not waste my time. Very dated and needs a whole lot of TLC put into the place and it would be lovely because the outside is nice and the village is beautiful "

"Stay here regularly. We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. Great hotel, but I would choose the basic room in future as the upgraded ones aren’t as nice to be honest"
