Lovely one-night stay
Super-friendly greeting on arrival, good local knowledge for places to eat and drink in the evening, and kind arrangements for early breakfast due to onward ravel plans.

Lovely greeting from Darren on arrival and was so pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. Room was spacious and clean. Great vegetarian breakfast. Perfect for my business trip.

Darren was an excellent host. Broughty Ferry is a good location for local shops and eateries close to Dundee. Ashley House is how all guest houses should be.

Very warm welcome and pleasant stay
Owners of the Ashley House guest house made me very welcome (made sure I was correctly parked, showed me the room, gave pub/running routes recommendations, etc.). Breakfast was fresh and well-made. A short stay but made very welcome.

South West hospitality in Bonnie Scotland.
Darren was an excellent host, very personable and helpful. Genuinely interested in his customers and had a great sense of humour and lots of funny anecdotes. He went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and provided a great breakfast too. Very enjoyable snd homely stay, would recommend to others and happily return.

Great Place
Darren was Fantastic! We arrived tired from the trip and Darren was able to set us up earlier than arrival time. Probably not something he wants published!! Breakfast was great! The place was so clean and wonderfully furnished. I would recommend this place to all!

Un accueil chaleureux. Une chambre spacieuse, propre et très calme.
Un petit déjeuner plus que parfait. Je recommande à 1000%.
En prime, le port à quelques centaines de metres et les rues alentours sont tres jolis.
