Good location to explore the city. Rooms are small but clean and new and have a nice layout design, similar to other Club Quarters we've stayed at. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint: we stayed on 10th floor and on both evenings you could smell cigarette smoke in hall on way to room. The room never had any scent of the smoke, just the hallway.
Room seemed smaller than the pictures, tv was kinda small and the channels weren't great, also you have to move closer to the receiver for the remote to work...I expected for a four star hotel for it to be luxurious...especially for one of the king suites, which isn't the cheapest but not the most expensive room...needless to say I wanted more. But it was clean, nice views of the city, comfy bed and sheets, good room service too...overall it was good.
The room was clean and neat. The staff was very professional and helpful. They did beyond to help us find different places to go to. The front desk staff were available at all times and super polite. My room did not have a microwave but a staff member helped me heat up some food, which I though was super nice. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Chicago. I recommend it to anyone!
Great experience. Loved the location, view was wonderful of Navy Pier and will probably stay there next time we go to the city! The staff was professional and helpful and friendly. Room was bigger than other hotels we have stayed at in Chicago and was very clean!
Locals call downtown Chicago “The Loop.” The famous Marshall Field’s, now a Macy’s, is on State Street. Cultural attractions include the Art Institute of Chicago, the Lyric Opera, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Grant and Millennium parks are along the lakefront. Visitors can enjoy complimentary concerts (summer only) and the annual, two-week “Taste of Chicago” in June at Grant Park.
