"The only hotel to stay at in the Loop"
This was our second visit this year. We checked in a little early with no problems. Hotel staff was great, very helpful. The rooms were very quiet and the view from the room was awesome. Easy check-in and checkout. I would live there if I could.

"Convenient and comfy"
We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Chicago Loop! We walked to all the sites. Staff was very accommodating and the standard room was quite large. Don't miss the "living room" downstairs that had the feel of a high end designer space. That's also where the snacks and "grind before your eyes" coffee was located. We will definitely stay here next time!

"Reasonable hotel price for area"
We read the reviews on Trip Advisor on this hotel, most were good and some were disappointed with the hotel due to how to get there and signage. The hotel is only one floor ( the 40th)of an office building "Chicago Trade Centre". The best review that we read to be able to identify the building was to look for " Four40". Once you see this address number on the building you were there. Yes you need to use 2 elevators to get to the 40th floor but not really a bother. Room was clean and lots of room. The view was spectacular overlooking the bay. Staff at front desk were very accommodating and "Angela was great to deal with. And the gym was great too!! Our experience with the Buckingham Hotel was wonderful. No problems what so ever.

"Great hotel close to McCormick Center. "
After a challenging start due to staffing issues the weekend of arrival, we spoke with the owner and had a pleasant experience and stay. The breakfast was great with a good variety of bakery items, yogurt and fruit with a great variety of teas, coffee, and juice. A unique, relaxing experience with spacious rooms and quietness.
