"Great Location "
I stayed here for 3 nights and was very happy with the service and comfort. The location is great, easy walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier and Millennium Park. I had a king, city view room on the 15th floor. I checked in about 10:30 pm, and it was very smooth. The room was very large and had many nice perks, including a safe for my laptop, a mini fridge, an umbrella for all the rain, and a separate shower and tub in the bath. I was attending a conference at the Sheraton, and it was a nice, easy walk. The room was very quiet. Per another Expedia reviewer's suggestion, I asked at check in about the loyalty club. I joined and immediately received a card to use the wi-fi for free, a $45 savings for my three days. After check in, I went to the lounge to eat, but it has just shut food service. I walked a block to the Hyatt, which was still open, to eat.
The room itself was nice, but worn. The desk chair's leather was tearing in multiple places. The door on the shower did not shut completely and the handle needed fixing. And the mattress itself had an indentation from where others had slept. I slept on the side of the bed the following nights. It still wasn't the most comfortable bed, but the pillows were cushy.
The staff was nice and helpful. I would stay here again, especially if I got a good deal.
