We had a horrible cab driver who got made wrong turns and got us to the airport late. Your staff was extremely helpful and professional in assisting my frantic family make it to our flight in time. I could have hugged them!

Did not like the new window shades - they let in the sun whereas the old pull down shades blocked it out much better
