Great location. Did not try restaurants or bar. Nice bed and useful elevators. AC in room was loud and spewed water. It kept us up on the last night of our stay. We complained and were given a partial refund for our last night. Tub also clogged and handle fell off shower door.
Superb location, great breakfast options, excellent room, fair price. Elevators can be frustrating
Good central location. Clean and quiet. Housekeeping consistently left towels for one person in two person room.
So happy with my stay at the Essex. The staff were amazing and helpful, rooms very modern, bed was like a pillow! Bluetooth mirrors in the bathroom were a great touch. And the location/view could not be beaten!
This hotel is in the perfect location for everything. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of new hotels but it has charm and character. I will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location. Nice staff. Clean rooms. I would stay again
Love the historic restoration, comfort of king bed, corner room with 2 windows and nice size, good cocktails. Dislike broadcasted techno music in entire lobby, dining rooms, registration, bar, EVERYWHERE. It made me feel on edge. I think you need to offer free WiFi. And put in coffee maker in ...
Convenient and close to Airport. However the Telco reception seems quite bad and require to purchase the Wifi Services from the Hotel.
