Great Location, but Some Issues During Our Stay The location of the Crowne Plaza in Rosemont was excellent and very convenient for getting around the area. The staff were friendly and pleasant, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself could use some TLC. Much of the furniture was worn and could use updating. The biggest issue during our stay was the elevators. There were several high school marching bands and their families staying at the hotel, and on our first night, the wait for an elevator was at least 30 minutes because only two of the five elevators were working. By Sunday, only one elevator was operational, making getting around the hotel even more challenging. My recommendation to future guests: Before booking, ask the hotel what groups or events are scheduled during your stay and confirm how many elevators are operational. Large groups combined with limited elevator service made for a frustrating experience. Overall, the location and friendly staff were positives, but the condition of the hotel and the elevator situation definitely took away from our stay. With some updates and better elevator maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

Was everything we needed between ours flights. Great price my only complaint is the doors slam and very difficult to prevent. Would definitely recommend.
