We. Are fully researched this property and even called TWICE leading up to our stay to be sure nothing had changed when it comes to COVID and the pool being open daily. We were told on the phone twice that it was a daily, first come/first serve list. We were told 45 minutes swim time a day even up to the DAY BEFORE we left. The day we arrived, we were told our family could only have ONE, 45 minute stay for the entire trip. Which was quite disappointing because we bought two small children and the weather was not great the entire weekend. Instead of possibly discounting us or giving us extra time in the pool based on what we have been told all week, they basically just said you can have a refund and go somewhere else. The manager needs some extensive training when it comes to customer service. And just the entire experience was very disappointing having to find a new hotel after traveling all day long with two children. Also, the pool was very small and very gross. All kinds of THINGS floating around in there, I wouldn’t even feel comfortable swimming in that myself.
