"We had a great experience- convenient and clean and breakfast was hearty so we didn’t even need a big lunch! Parking was the only challenge. I think it said parking available but we really were on our own to find a nearby garage. This is normal for Chicago, and it is normal for them to be pricey so should be factored into overall budget. Still, with the room, food & parking altogether- totally worth it. I kept thinking there would be a catch with those resort fees with extras included, and for us there was not. "

Olvidamos 1 valija en el hotel y fueron muy amables en ayudarme a enviarla en un uber al aeropuerto y mo perdí el vuelo gracias a eso. Lo único q mejoraría es el lobby del hotel, q es muy transitado y los sillones de la entrada necesitan ser reemplazados. Me resultó muchísimo, volveré"
