Room was clean, water pressure was good, the line for breakfast was so long, many guests (including us) wete unable to eat before the food was put up. The elevators were very slow, but that's to be expected in a large city. The location was great.

Room was great. Very comfy and spacious. Hotel is close to major tourist area, walking distance to most of them and CTA is across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Great location. We checked in Thursday and checked out Saturday. The process was very easy. The "market" was out of water by Friday evening and no restock for Saturday morning. Not the most comfortable bed/pillows but not the worst. Overall great stay.

I checked in on Wednesday December 17 and Checked out Sunday December 21, throughout my stay, that front desk staff was nice, informative, and helpful. They always had a smile on their face, even the third shift gentleman on Saturday December 20. My two concerns with this property is that Inhad issues getting into my room 2731, there was a trick with opening the door, housekeeping was able to open the door with no issues, also the 27th floor ice machine seemed like it was turned off. I didn’t repot it, because I noticed it on my last day.
