"Although the rooms are small you are advised about this when booking. But everything you need is provided. Hairdryer etc. the shower was bigger than expected and the water always very hot. breakfast was good and staff attentive. Would recommend and use again"

"Hotel had really nice and plenty breakfast. Loby was great, modern decorated. I liked breakfast area a lot too. Room was modern, a little small but still nice. It was clean, good lights. Bathroom was also a bit small but it was clean, modern and nicely done. I woul only recommend hotel to provide small hand towels instead of bigger ones. Also if they can serve free tea with snacks at the afternoon, it would be great. They provide hot water all day if you bring your own tea bags. "

"Lovely reception area and staff was very nice and helpful. Room was dated but we had a very comfortable stay and didn't mind for the price paid. Large quadruple room with 2 twin beds in an upstairs loft. Clean bathroom. The location was perfect for us. Took the tube direct from Heathrow to Gloucester Rd station. Short 5 min walk to hotel from station. Gloucester Rd station had direct tube lines to the main sights so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again."
