"I was cheated by the Reception staff. I paid 400 pounds to upgrade to a SUITE and was allocated a single room with bathroom. When I complained to the Manager that a hotel Suite is classified as a bedroom plus a sitting room, he disagreed and told me that in his hotel a Suite was a bedroom with a bathroom!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I travel at least 6 times a year. Another problem was trying to book an afternoon tea for 4 friends that were visiting me. It took four people to find out what they should do for afternoon tea. When it arrive, it was quite awful. All in all , this was a really terrible experience and a waste of money."

"Great location in Kensington and reasonably priced for London. Although our 10th floor room was a bit old fashioned, it was clean & comfortable and had a great view out."

"A 3 night stay. The area Earl's Court was quiet and family friendly. Boutique style hotel. Front desk was very accommodating and responsive. "
