"The location is incredable for tourists. Every staff member is on top of their game and extremely polite and helpful. These is a private spa next door one can use for a nominal fee. Work-out, pool scheduled massage, sauna etc. The food is exceptional for this standard of hotel. A few kick-ups but they are overshadowed by the conveniences. A Ill definately stay there again. Perfect for families!!"

I do not recommend if you are claustrophobic in any way. The elevator is also very small. I paid extra to move into a room with beautiful high ceilings and a balcony. Quiet room recently renovated, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub (unusual!), air conditioning - such an asset during the heat wave in London. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would recommend."
