"Lovely breakfast. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Twin room, 232, was a good size and had a whirlpool bath! Room faced into the centre of the hotel and was quiet. Only negative was the offer of a free drink if you checked in prior to arrival, which then wasn't available because I didn't book directly with the hotel 🙄 Seemed churlish not to offer that when I raised it on arrival."

"The hotel is quite old and need of renovation! In my room, the bathroom smelled strongly of spoilage because the bathtub drain and sink were clogged, and after bathing, there was dirt residue in the tub due to the clogged drain, which left a strong smell. The sauna is in the men's locker room and is poorly maintained with mess in the locker room and dirty toilets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very varied."
