"All staff friendly and helpful, room and other areas very clean, room very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Location was ideal, with access to 3 underground lines within a 2 minute walk and an easy walk to Hyde park. Would definitely choose to stay again on our next London trip!"

"Not the hotel for you if you are looking for brand-new everything, but the ambiance and feel of the Columbia is uber-cool. Loved the well-wornness that felt both artistic and comfortable. Hyde Park location quieter than most. Kind and gentle service at the desk."

"Room was warm, due to it being quadruple glazed. Stopped outside noise though and room was spotless. Toilet is in separate room which is great apart from no sink in there so have to walk around the room to wash your hands. Breakfast was your typical middle class buffet breakfast, good but not exceptional. Really nice hotel in a really great location. Bout 5 minute walk from Paddington station and within a business area so no noise after 6pm. Receptionists were really cheerful and helpful. Will defo stay again. "
