"For location the hotel was perfect for us , but unfortunately the first room we were allocated smelt strongly of damp and we could just not stay in it . The second was much better and was adequately clean but there was no robes the towels were very small and hard "

"Room was not clean at all, sticky stuff on desk and other places. Rooms old and in desperate need of renovation. Staff were lovely, location fantastic for late night arrival at Heathrow. Breakfast very nice."

"Had single room, small but perfectly cozy - thoughtfully designed. Location is excellent, walkable to Paddington and many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff are efficient, sorry did not get names but auburn haired receptionist, young maintenance lad and day doorman/Apr 4 all offered smiles and are friendly… others not so much."

"The rooms were "OK" no frills. The hotel is lacking in proper maintenance. Door handles loss, lack of hot water for showers. The room attendants made the beds but didn't always take out the trash. They also didn't swap out or clean the mugs and glasses that were in the room. The staff was really nice and accommodating as much as they could be. The location of the hotel was fine. "
