"The location is great, walking distance to Paddington train/tube station and is surrounded by different dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with good A/C just that a little dirt on the duvet and in bathroom; shower can be a bit stronger. "

"No lift but the staffs are all kind, they carried my luggages to/from my room. AC is optional but £10 per day is acceptable for me. The shower room is so narrow but clean. USB charging ports (type A and C) are available, that was great."

"The hotel is really lovely. The rooms beds bathrooms are all very nicely set out. Very nice restaurant and bar if you want to stay in the hotel but there is an abundance of eateries all around the hotel. There’s a gym and swimming pool but we didn’t use them. Situated just next door to Paddington station so you can literally get to anywhere from there. Beautiful walk along the canal and there are eateries on the barges too. Can’t find a single fault."
