I loved the Cheval, there are lots of great things to say about this apartment! This really is a beautiful haven in London only steps away from Gloucester road Tube station. I received a lovely warm welcome and was brought up to my room and shown how everything worked. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, the apt itself is great size, has a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable sitting room, a guest bathroom as well as a bedroom with on-suite. So much better value than a hotel...

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival
In the beautiful new bar and showed around personally by the lovely Katerina. Will definitely be staying here again when we...

We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again.
It was close to the station and bus routes, shops restaurants etc.
From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy .
The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Great stay, comfortable and well designed room. Warm friendly welcome. The ac didn’t work but it was very cold outside so we opened the window. Ambient temperature in the room was too warm for sleeping otherwise. Apart from this perfect stay, clean well appointed room and super quiet. Gym is a bit sparse so wouldn’t bother with this.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on our recent family trip to London. We were delighted with how close it is to Earl's Court tube station yet located in a side street away from station noise.
Our room was beautifully decorated, really clean and such a good size. It was checked every morning, beds made & clean towels provided.
The minibar was well stocked and included in the cost of our room. The bathroom is very modern with a huge shower & also well stocked with aveda toiletries.

Excellent location, minutes from Gloucester Road tube station. We requested a quiet room, and it was! Couldn't fault this as an excellent base for a few days in London.

We recently stayed in the Winston Churchill which had 2 bedrooms, 1 of them en-suite which was ideal for privacy. I cannot recommend this place enough! Fantastic location just in front of Hyde Park, lovely decor, and very helpful team. Our 3 teenaged kids all absolutely loved the apartment. It was cleaned regularly and with everything you needed, it became home and will probably stay here again the next time we’re in London. The location is fabulous, you really are right in the middle of...
