Absolutely amazing. Best of three places we stayed in England. Staff exceeded expectations. And the room (Spenser) was truly beautiful. Not worn at all. The layout was different being long and thin but really worked for us. Pub was really goos and we ate 2/3 dinners there. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. So many options and high quality.

I loved the Cheval, there are lots of great things to say about this apartment! This really is a beautiful haven in London only steps away from Gloucester road Tube station. I received a lovely warm welcome and was brought up to my room and shown how everything worked. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, the apt itself is great size, has a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable sitting room, a guest bathroom as well as a bedroom with on-suite. So much better value than a hotel...

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. We were only here for 1 night but had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel and would return if in the area again. It was close to the station and bus routes,shops restaurants etc. From the warm welcome from the gentleman at the door and efficient and personable reception staff,we found check in was quick and easy . The rooms were clean and well thought out,the towels fluffy and soft and the bed comfortable.

Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back!

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.

This is our second time staying here. It’s our perfect choice for the Royal Albert Hall. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We love it’s style and decor and the rooms are beautifully decorated with good amenities. Will definitely stay again.

We were given an upgraded room. The room was beautiful. Large bed large room large tv. Very good experience. Very nice girl working in the bar at lunch time took a great deal of time with us

Loved our stay here. Absolutely LOVED it. The welcome was second to none with a covid friendly 1 on 1 around the suite and a welcome pack that meant we could have a brew after our long journey. That’s the boring stuff though. This suite and the apartment clock is fabulous. The smell of wood and polish permeate every room and take you back to a time long gone but so desirable. Nice romantic night in London with my girlfriend.. Great service & location

Great stay, comfortable and well designed room. Warm friendly welcome. The ac didn’t work but it was very cold outside so we opened the window. Ambient temperature in the room was too warm for sleeping otherwise. Apart from this perfect stay, clean well appointed room and super quiet. Gym is a bit sparse so wouldn’t bother with this.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.
