"My wife, our daughter, and I stayed at the Gem Strathmore Hotel in London in April and really enjoyed it. The room was small but spotless and comfortable, and breakfast each morning was efficient and pleasant. The hotel is in South Kensington, a beautiful area, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to Gloucester Road Tube and convenient for the Natural History Museum and Harrods. We stayed five nights total (split by a Scotland excursion) and everything was smooth both times; we’d happily return. Spotless, comfortable room (compact, as expected in London) Breakfast was smooth and well run South Kensington location: minutes to Gloucester Road Tube; easy for the Natural History Museum and Harrods Recommended—comfortable, convenient, and easy to book as a split stay."

"I couldn’t make this booking and no one it seems noticed. This is pretty poor seeing as they bombarded me with upgrade and marketing ideas before I stayed. So I’ve gone a low rating for hotel attention and average for hotel amenities etc as I’ve got no idea. Co all I know it’s a dump. However had the hotel inquired why I could t stay I might’ve been more friendly"
