Flat 10 is a self-contained apartment on the fourth and top floor of a luxury aparthotel with lift in a quiet, tree-lined road in this upmarket area of London. A short stroll away is the city’s famous Kings Road with its café culture, designer stores and renowned restaurants. The lift will take guests to the top floor, from where there are steps leading up to the apartment. The hallway leads to an open-plan living room featuring a dining area with seating for four, a large sofa, and wide screen television with all Freeview channels. In one corner is a small study area, affectionately called poets’ corner, with a large gothic-style window offering skyline views. There is a contemporary kitchen, with fridge, microwave and cooker as well as a good range of cooking utensils, pots, pans and crockery perfect for guests wishing to self-cater. Bedroom one has a King-size bed, plenty of storage space and cityscape views. Bedroom two, at the front of the house, has a double bed and also plenty of storage. Portable Airconditioning Unit is available. The marbled bathroom has a bathtub with rainfall shower and plenty of storage space. It offers a quiet and peaceful oasis in this central London location. It is less than five minutes from Sloane Square Underground station on the circle and district lines giving easy access to South Kensington, Victoria and St James Park.
