"This room had loads of facilities such as a stove, fridge and cooktop in the Kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and the room a decent size. It is vital to find out which level your room is on as it can be a long way up with luggage. I had to get a family member to help as there was no way I could manage ..."

"I really enjoyed the accessibility to the theatres and most major land marks. Transportation of all sorts was readily accessible right outside the hotel."

"A lovely hotel and friendly staff. Only complaints were having to wait until 4pm to check in due to computer issues and the room was far too hot. A fan would have been appreciated. Would stay there again. Location ideal for theatre land"

"Me and my son loved our stay here. The hotel is right next to Tower Hill tube so excellent for tranport around main attractions. Walking distance to the Shard.
The hotel is what you would expect of a 4 star (that isn't always the case). The rooms are spacious, the bed was really comfortable and they provided fans for the additional heat (we went during a heatwave).
The breakfast was high quality and varied - we had a full English followed by pastries and it was all good. We also used the pool facilities which were very clean and well managed.
Highly recommended for anyone coming to long for sight seeing. "

"This property has a "new vibe" about it. I'm sure its a few years old but it seems very fresh. Lovely decor throughout the hotel and sitting area in lobby. Gorgeous garden at the back accessed from the dining room with wall-to-wall windows.
We had a twin bed room overlooking the main street. It was somewhat noisy, but they have garden view rooms on the back of the hotel which you can request - for a small fee.
The bedroom was a fair size with 2 chairs, wardrobe, dresser and twin beds.
We ate dinner there one night. We enjoyed our meal which you can have served inside the dining room or in the garden. Breakfast had many choices of hot or cold food.
Its just a short walk to Russell Square Tube Station, Russell
Square Park and the British Museum. A 10 GBP taxi ride from St Pancras/Kings Cross train stations. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in London."
"This property is excellent. So close to Heathrow and great bang for your buck. Staff were great and a huge dining and bar area. Getting a cab in the morning was a breeze to the airport. You just tell the concierge what time in the morning and it gets done. I would definitely stay at this place again."

"Just landed from the US and they had a room available so we could check in early. Amazing!!!! Air conditioning was working (most of London is unprepared for 90 degree days). Clean comfy and a view of the bridge. Staff was amazing. "
