"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel very centralized in London. The room was comfortable but did not have much room for hanging clothes. A micro wave and ice would have been nice. I recommend the hotel for the reason it is central location."

"Fab hotel for the price. Rooms a little dated but that didnt bither us and bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent and very efficient staff made sure everything was quickly refilled and tables ready for new quests. We've stayed in a few hotels in london and can honestly say we will be back to this one. Its in a great position near euston and kings cross and around a 15 minute walk to oxford street. A great hotel for the price and the best staff we've ever encounted in a london hotel."

"Greeted by very welcoming receptionist. Room was ready early and immaculately clean. High end toiletries (Elemis) in the bathroom - which was a little dated but clean and all you needed. Bath and large shower.
Breakfast was busy but very well managed. When I left I was asked how everything had been and they seemed genuinely delighted that it had all gone so well. "

"If you're looking for 5⭐ and all of the extra perks in a traditional hotel then this place is not for you. I would say is like the business class upgrade of a Tokyo capsule hotel. There's a bed and private bathroom. Thats it. However, its a really nice room, very quiet and perfect for sleeping (what else do you need?) The location is perfectly situated in Piccadilly as well. My wife and i stayed there as we toured Europe. Its just what we needed. It could have used a desk maybe but atill, we just needed a safe place to act as a base and where ww could sleep. It was great for us. Not sure it would be good for families though 🤔. "
