Great location, very good hotel but one of the only lifts was out of order for the entire 4days I stayed there and I was told it started two days before. Unacceptable. The wait was significant.

Just finished a 7 night stay at the Radisson Blu Leicester Square, and I would stay here again. Location is fantastic for tourists - close to all the main sites and close to the tube. Staff were friendly, the service at the breakfast from Adeline and Sean was so consistently attentive and friendly. Rooms are a little tired but everything is clean, everything works as it should. The air con worked very well. We had an issue with a clogged toilet and it was seamlessly fixed while we were out. No complaints here!

The location of this beautiful hotel overlooking Leicester Square is amazing! One is right in the midst of everything and only steps away from the National Gallery/National Portrait Gallery, tube stops, dining and theaters. Staff were welcoming and helpful on our arrival. We had a 3rd floor room overlooking the square - a fantastic view. Our room was much larger than any I'd had from previous hotel stays in London, and it was amazingly quiet considering it overlooks a fairly busy and noisy area. We did not use the restaurant while there, but the small gym facility was very good and the lounge area was pleasant and comfortable. My husband and I would definitely love to stay here again on a future trip.
