Everything had been thought of and supplied in the room from drinks, tea, coffee, water etc to all manner of bathroom supplies Very impressed. I never sleep well away from home but rested pretty well. No noise at all from the large pub area below, very peaceful. Would definitely stay again"

"3.5 stars at best. Comfortable, but housekeeping did a terrible job. Only one room key. Staff never apologized for any issues (not guest focused). Food extremely average. Had to beg for boiling water from the bar for tea as their hot water machine was luke warm. Harassed by housekeeping to leave my room 30 minutes before our agreed upon late checkout time with the manager. We were told to “get on our way.” Osian was the best of the bunch with a smile and greetings all weekend. "
