Our compact accommodation was very clean, cosy, comfortable and had all we needed, with a generous supply of teas, coffee and Welsh cakes in the room. At breakfast, there was a wide choice of quality ingredients to choose from, carefully prepared and presented in impeccable style. A nice touch was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. "

Next morning there was no hot water. Manager said it would be hot in 20 minutes. An hour later still no hot water and no apology. Disappointing way to end our stay "

"We spent 4 nights at the Kings Head and it was a perfect place to stay. The newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and very roomy, and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the local sausages.
