"I paid for 2 nights this was changed to one night for the same price! I ended up having to find another place to stay on the Saturday. I got a partial refund which did not cover the original 1 night stay so ended up paying more and then still having to book a room elsewhere. The “spacious” room was a bedroom in a shared flat it was clean enough but was in a dreary housing estate with nothing nearby."
