"Lovely stay "

"The staff were lovely and attentive. Our room was spacious and in good condition, with almost everything we needed. There is a bus stop into the city centre nearby which was helpful for us. We enjoyed breakfast too. The coffee pod machine in our room was leaking, and we were onky provided with decaf pods which was a shame. There was also only one robe provider despite it being a booking for two people."

"I received an email on the Friday saying because they were putting in a new jacuzzi and haven’t finished the work, there would be no access to the sauna, steam or jacuzzi (of course). It was too late to cancel, but the whole point of staying in this particular hotel was for access to these amenities. Spoke to the manager and sent emails expressing disappointment. There was nothing in compensation offered at all. Very poor! "

"I was very underwhelmed by this hotel. We just ate in the bar and my pizza was covered in garlic mayonnaise which was disgusting to be honest. One of the mattress in the room (we stayed in a twin) was very noisy, old and mobile and kept us awake when moving at night. The staff were nice but the hotel is basic"
