Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointments. We requested for our room to be cleaned, but this wasn’t done, which was frustrating. At breakfast, the hotel had also run out of dairy alternatives, which was disappointing for guests who rely on these options. Although the staff apologised, these issues did take away from what could otherwise have been a more enjoyable stay. Overall, we enjoyed the location, leisure facilities and breakfast, and the friendly staff were a positive aspect of our visit. However, more consistency with housekeeping and ensuring dietary alternatives are available at breakfast would have made a real difference. With a little more attention to these details, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."
