"Fabulous Food Hotel"
Wow! The customer service was 10 out of ten! The food was exceptional and I will definitely be recommending this hotel. An addition to tomato soup that went so well, we took the idea and had it when we got home! The rooms were cosy, and there was nothing that the staff hadn’t thought of putting here. I would say this hotel could not be improved and is well over my expectations. This hotel is one of the best I have been to. Thank you for having us! The food was fabulous, staff were helpful, beds were comfortable – there is nothing else to say except for the fact we had a lovely stay.

"Beautiful boutique hotel"
I loved my stay at the ANGEL. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious, bathroom beautiful. We had dinner there (fishermans pie) and it was fantastic. It definitely would come back and I will recommend to all. The cons were that we got woken up by some city workers stringing a banner across the road and this was at 5:45 am on a Monday morning!!! Do they not have bi-laws? We fell back asleep and then at 8:30 someone was washing the windows of our room. Why not wait until guests are up and out? t I forgive them for these annoyances because this is truly a lovely boutique hotel of high standards.

"Lovely breakfast and view"
We stayed one night and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was lovely albeit a little ruined by the rubbish around the side of the hotel. The breakfast and staff were excellent.

"Handy to visit relatives."
Very warm, friendly and helpful, good location. Smashing breakfast - sadly Chef had an accident and was unable to work for the 2 days we stayed so not evening meals available.
