A very good multiple choices of breakfast, follow staff's instructions, we got free parking near side for three days. Like most hotel in Wales this hotel also act like restauranter, pub, and hotel. The staff are so friendly, willing to take extra effort to help us out. We even like this town's living so much, wishing to come back in the future. TO LIVE.
When I visit Abergavenny I always stay here. Situated right in the middle of town. The rooms are spacious. There is an excellent breakfast. I enjoy the curry in the evening at Regency 59. I'll definitely be back.
Room was clean and staff friendly but the rooms need a major refurb. Aged furnishing, old mismatched furniture, sink in the room, noisy corridor doors banging. Not worth the price paid (£84 for a single, no breakfast).
I've stayed at The King's Head Hotel six times in the last two years. I always have a good visit. The rooms are nice and spacious. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The cooked breakfast is wonderful and some really good curries in the evening. I'll definitely be going back.
The room we were allocated was very good and kept clean throughout our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The food, both breakfast and evening meal, were to an excellent standard. Would have liked a choice of some English dishes. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness
Staff were pleasant and food diner options were good.
Rooms however could be better esepcially the ensuite, not really comfortable as very narrow and small
The room was small and basic. The floor of the room ( 10 ) was on a slope so that when I first got up in the morning I almost fell, fortunately I was able to support myself on the bed The breakfast was adequate while evening food was very good. The staff were first class
