"The resort is better than it looks in pictures. Service was prompt and excellent throughout. We travelled with our older parents and little kids and everyone had a great time. Water is crystal clear and calm. We were in the garden view rooms across from the second “quiet” pool, which happened to be heated, it was just perfect. This is our 5th time visiting this resort, The room we choose was ocean front and all you see from your window is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. One word for management, please try to talk to your chefs that most people from the USA eat their steak medium to medium rare.
