"We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and comfortable. A few issues to identify- it was confusing to find out where to check in as this was a separate entity from Grand Bahia Principe. Some of the security guards didn’t know where to send us. One other issue was the little plunge pool was very cold and wasn’t really usable. Some great things to mention- couch and kitchen were a great place to relax. "Stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff (Eric and Dario) was extremely nice!!! They were really helpful, patient, and informative. I went in the middle of July, so it was really hot and humid. However, most areas except the lobby and sports bar have air conditioning. I totally recommend this resort for a chill and adventurous vacation."
