The property was clean the food was horrible also the drinks were no good. The property has alot of old retired people there is nothing to do as entertainment on the property Hot water was good air conditioning was good there is nowhere to store your clothes being a five star hotel and the so call private Jacuzzi if you on the first floor is not private. The only good thing is you can go and use all the facilities on the other properties which are a free trolly drive away. I would not stay at this hotel again too boring for me.

Overall the resort and resort staff were excellent and we had a very positive experience. The seaweed was much more than we anticipated, but the hotel staff made a very impressive effort trying to clear it each day.

The room was literally 82 degrees. We asked for it to be fixed several times. Beach unusable. A lot of confusion of which staff was appropriate to use if an expedia guest vs “hotel guest”. Monkey poop (I hope) up our stairs 3 nights in a row. Beach unusable. I got incredibly ill, hospital visit during my stay and was given absolute hell for a refund even though I had my boyfriend call and explain hours before and showed documentation after. I had to physically go down to the lobby with shakes and sweats to give them paperwork. Loved seeing the wildlife. The pool was gorgeous and the lazy river was a nice plus. Would still never go here again.
