Great atmosphere, such a friendly staff and unvelievable food

We really enjoyed Mallorca and this hotel in the center of town by the Cathedral. Everything was very walkable, we didn’t use the amenities too much but the included breakfast was a nice touch.

We booked this hotel as it was close to the ferry and it had parking. We travelled in May and paid for a room with a view of the cathedral. We arrived 1 hour before official check in so our room wasn’t ready, which we expected. However, if we wanted to pay for an upgrade we could have a room there and then! The upgrade would have been lovely had we been able to use the additional extras offered, lounge, canapés, drinks etc, but as we were booked on an excursion for the afternoon we would not be there for the allocated times anyway so we did not pay for the upgrade. We were a bit disappointed that they could not offer us anywhere to get changed after travelling and before we headed out on our excursion, so we went down to the bathrooms by the restaurant to freshen up! It is a lovely hotel and we were only there for 1 night, by the time we got our room key it was 8.00pm and we left at 6.00am, so can’t really comment on any of the facilities.

The staff alone made this stay incredible. So friendly and accommodating, and willing to make reservations and recommendations on your behalf. The rooms were very tidy and good amenties.
