Really nice room + amazing breakfast.
Perfect location (number 4 bus just outside hotel) + 12-15 euro taxi to most of the popular bits of Palma (ie harbor/cathedrals/old town)
Brilliant facilities too (tennis courts, mini golf , pool table and swimming pool).

This June was my 14th stay since 2015 and while the magnificent staff were as professional, friendly, helpful and kind as always, I was somewhat disappointed by some new changes that have arisen. The changes entailed an empty mini bar ( whereas each room used to have a full stock of soft drinks and beer to use without charge; now the fridge was empty). Furthermore the bathroom towels used to be luxurious big bath sheets but are now very thin small towels such as one would get in a three star Motel. Likewise the rooms no longer have towelling robes and slippers. The wooden sunloungers also need replacing as many are dilapidated. I suspect that the hotel chain has some ownership changes afoot. And while it is a boutique hotel with refined quiet clientele I noted a bunch of noisy rowdy men arrived - some from France and some from England presumably for the World Cup - which makes me think the company is throwing caution to the wind and marketing the hotel to people and places that it never would have over the past decade. Having said that, I would love to come back again as usual in September.

When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww!
Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice.
Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection of food, and a beautiful sea view through all the Breakfast floor.
We definitely going back next time we visit Majorca!

Room was really clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fab, continental and hot food available, my air conditioning wasn’t working properly maintenance arrived and fixed it really quickly, fridges Dnt really work that well, overall we had a fab long weekend here.

I stayed at the hotel overnight before heading into Palma to meet friends. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing stay by the sea while still being within easy reach of Palma.
Breakfast was a highlight particularly the à la carte options, which were high quality and very enjoyable. The buffet selection was a bit more average in comparison, especially considering the overall standard of the hotel.
The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the surrounding public areas of the hotel were also kept to a high standard. The location is convenient, with Palma about a 15-minute taxi ride away and Puerto Portals around 10 minutes by taxi.
Although I didn’t have lunch or dinner at the hotel, the menu looked appealing. Overall, the staff were consistently helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Pure Salt. The views are amazing and being able to walk down to the harbour and have access to all the restaurants there was a huge bonus. We especially loved Olivera. You could also rent a boat or go to the beach.
The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. They had everything you could ever want. We had omelets most days as well as fresh fruit and pastries.
The spa was also lovely. You did not have to book a treatment to use it. As a guest, we would wind up our afternoon in the hot tub or sauna. We also used the red light room. It was very relaxing.
The resort was very clean and the staff were always friendly.
The infinity pool was beautiful and had a breathtaking view of the harbour.
Our room was comfortable, but a little dated. It felt a little dark. We choose a swim up room. Although it was wonderful to have outdoor space to sun bathe, the pool was very cold. Too cold to use. We have stayed in swim up rooms at other resorts and the pools have always been heated. It was disappointing to pay for extra for a room with a pool and not be able to use it.
We would stay at Pure Salt again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
