We really enjoyed our stay overall. The staff were really attentive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the food was good. At times, the hotel seemed understaffed which affected service occasionally.

The room was amazing. Stunning views from the tower. Even in August, the pool had plenty of room without the need to fight for a chair. Staff were mostly friendly. We had a problem that the staff in the tower couldn't help with, but the staff in the suites building were to able to solve easily. This felt like a luxurious stay without breaking the bank too much

I wish i was there for longer! the hotel was clean, the pool area was nice and quiet with comfy beds to relax on, the food was tasty and a good portion and the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very helpful and helped recommend places for dinner, the room was clean and cozy, although a little noisy since it was facing the road but i would stay here again if i were to come back.

The hotelseems to have undergone renovation as the whole decor looks very new and fresh. It is very tasteful. The room itself is on the smaller side but also functional and bathrooms are brilliant. Air conditioning unit are news and easy to operate. The food is good - we had half board and werr ok with the choice availsble. If you are wegetarian options are quite limited and the wedgie corner will likely not have any protein options as an example it had only cooked weg yesterday. One big minus is the housekeeping never changed used glasses just left the dirty ones in the room for 4 days. We also never got coffee refills.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. From the room, to the staff and the aesthetics of the hotel! It felt so luxurious! The views were amazing too and the hotel location is only a few minute walk from the beach, would deffo reccommend staying here!

The spa including the indoor pool & sauna needed to be pre-booked which was a little bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and really big. A short walk away from the beach and far enough to drown our the noise from the main strip. Housekeeping could have been better, the room was refreshed minimally and wasn't a full housekeeping service, just a turndown service and towel change. We had the half board which was great but only few veg options and soft drinks were not included. Overall a lovely hotel and enjoyable stay- lovely designed hotel.

The breakfast was okay. Plenty of amenities to engage with. The style and aesthetic is astonishing! Not all rooms are built the same, was a bit annoyed that we got a room with a shower window that reveals everything in the bathroom from the bedroom. Other than that, it is one of my favourite staycations. Great location -you have everything you need!

Positive; beautiful resort and friendly staff. Location is central to bus stop and shops. Cons: The rooms were dusty and not clean. I spent four(4) nights and my bedding was never changed. It took a phone to the desk to insist on having the bathroom cleaned. Breakfast and dinner choices are limited. The choice of coffee is limited .
