I asked for a quiet room. Of course, I was given one just above where the band was playing. So then I had to move rooms, which at first seemed fine. Then the WIFI wasn't working in the new room, and the heat was insanely hot on the 5th floor. The staff sent someone to fix it, who said the vent was closed. But this did not fix it, and so had to have the windows open and so was stuck with the loud bar music again. The wifi was now broken in the whole hotel, and then the phones were not working, so I had to walk down to the reception almost 3 times. Next morning, Sunday, of course they started cleaning really early in the morning right outside my door, so then I had to get up. I went down to breakfast, and when I came up my room key was not working and my devices could not be charged, and so then I had to go back to reception to get the key recharged. The wifi could not be fixed. When checking out I reported the lack of air issue again to the reception, but then they were in denial, and insisted that there was no air during the winter. I just gave up at that point and was glad to check out of there. Definitely no-one makes you feel welcome, and this is definitely a resort type place, and not for a business traveler. It looks clean in the pictures, but is basically a broken hotel. Breakfast choices were good - that is all I have to say.
