The front desk staff was not helpful other than calling for taxis and were unable to help us book excursions or local dining. Our waitress at the rooftop restaurant in the hotel was the worst I’ve ever encountered. The food in their “upscale” restaurant was barely edible. One of our friends got terribly sick from suspected food poisoning. I thought it may have been a language barrier but switched hotels and received the absolute 5 star experience we were looking for. I will say our room was nice and the cleaning service was excellent. I would not recommend!

Destination hotel

The hotel is totally worth the trip. The surrounding is not very attractive, but our idea was just to enjoy the hotel and it was excellent. The staff is super friendly and us very comfortable all time. Food is not the best but there are lots of options.

Amazing hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must visit as is the spa. There are some lovely restaurants outside of the hotel but be warned it’s very lively and full mostly of groups of young Germans

Room is spacious and clean. Food has great variety. Great location. Lots of compliments from hotel (drinks, flower , cookies) Good Sauna I personally don’t love when toilet and sink not private, especially that at night light turns on automatically. If you stay with another person it’s disturbing sleep. But still have enjoyed staying at the Hotel.
